Lauren Ash

  Lauren Elizabeth Ash, born on February 4, 1983, is an Canadian actor and comedian who lives in Los Angeles. She was originally from Belleville, Ontario. Ash is well-known to TV viewers for her role as Dina Fox in the sitcom Superstore. Ash is an alumna of Second City Toronto Mainstage, and Second City Chicago mainstage. Ash is also part of the comedy duo "Cory!" She was a Canadian Comedy Award recipient for the title of Best Female Improviser twice in 2006 and 2007, and was also awarded for Best Performance by a Female TV in 2012 and in the year 2015. In 2015 she was nominated to be nominated for the category of Best Female Performances in Feature Film for her performance as Carol in Dirty Singles. She is also a part of the prank series "Scare Techniques". Lauren runs her own podcast "True Crime and Cocktails" together with Christy Oxborrow.
